Pascal Benyamini Reappointed to the Bureau of Household Goods and Services Advisory Council

Los Angeles partner Pascal Benyamini has been reappointed to the Advisory Council of the Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS), formerly the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair, Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation. Pascal will serve a two-year term.

The Bureau’s mission is to promote and protect the interests of California consumers, while working with and educating businesses. The Advisory Council’s primary responsibilities include providing perspectives and advice on consumer and market issues, researching and recommending creative solutions to consumer and industry problems, advising the Bureau on outreach efforts, and providing information and comments to the Bureau Chief on a broad range of policy issues.
