Anna Sallstrom Joins FaegreBD's Business Litigation Team

Anna Sallstrom has joined Faegre Baker Daniels’ business litigation team as an associate. She will practice from the firm’s Minneapolis office.

A former trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division, Sallstrom specializes in antitrust disputes, including antitrust litigation and government investigations, as well as patent and copyright litigation.

At the DOJ, Sallstrom represented the U.S. in civil antitrust investigations and enforcement actions, primarily in the areas of media, telecommunications and technology. She was a member of the trial team in United States v. AT&T/Time Warner, during which she second-chaired multiple trial examinations, and was also part of the team that successfully obtained a consent decree in United States v. DIRECTV. Sallstrom also worked as a summer associate for Covington & Burling LLP and Fenwick & West LLP. In addition, she served as a term law clerk for the Hon. Raymond C. Clevenger III in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Sallstrom graduated with distinction from Carleton College and from Stanford Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Technology Law Review, Vol. 17, and received pro bono distinction.
