Peele Carter, Judge-Prein and Osborn Selected as Indianapolis Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellows

Faegre Baker Daniels partners Amie Peele Carter, Amy Judge-Prein and Kathy Osborn have been selected as Indianapolis Bar Foundation (IBF) Distinguished Fellows.

The IBF is the charitable arm of the Indianapolis Bar Association and advances the administration of justice and leads positive change through philanthropy, education and service.

IBF’s Distinguished Fellows have a long record of service, an exemplary standing with the Indiana Supreme Court and have made exceptional contributions to the Indianapolis legal community.

Peele Carter is an intellectual property and privacy law attorney who helps clients create, protect and leverage value. Her client base includes Fortune 100 and 500 companies, mid-sized and small companies, entrepreneurs, sports organizations and athletes, marketing agencies, TV personalities, artists, authors, musicians, and publishers.

Judge-Prein provides regulatory and strategic counsel to companies involved in the development of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics. She works with a range of clients, including large and small companies, pharmaceuticals, devices, biotech, diagnostics, and research institutions, providing advice on clinical research, FDA interactions, and FDA-regulated products.

Osborn is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex antitrust, corporate, class action, insurance, white collar, and high-wealth fiduciary/estate/probate matters. She is an active antitrust compliance counselor and co-chair of the firm’s antitrust and trade regulation practice. Osborn also leads FaegreBD’s Indianapolis office.
