FaegreBD’s Denver Office Moving to New Lower Downtown Location

DENVER (Aug. 6, 2018) — Faegre Baker Daniels will move its Denver office to the Hines Building at 1144 15th Street near historic Union Station in Denver’s Lower Downtown in early spring 2019.

The firm has signed a 58,000-square-foot lease in the 40-story building, which is the city’s fifth tallest and the first of its kind to be built in Denver in more than 30 years.

“The legal profession is quickly evolving and it is important that we continue to modernize our approach to client service,” said FaegreBD partner and leader of the Denver office Jared Briant. “We’re excited about our long-term commitment to the Hines Building and the opportunity to offer new, state-of-the-art facilities including innovative collaboration and conference room space, modern design aesthetics and a centralized downtown location that will benefit both our clients and professionals.”

FaegreBD has more than 75 lawyers practicing in the firm’s Denver and Boulder offices and is one of the largest law firms in the region. With Denver as a hotspot for emerging tech companies, startups and web ventures, the firm’s highly skilled corporate and intellectual property attorneys serve these markets as well as the mature institutions that finance and develop them. In addition, FaegreBD’s litigation team practices in local and federal trial and appellate courts in Colorado and across the country with specific strength in construction and real estate, environmental, eminent domain, intellectual property, product liability, class actions and commercial litigation.

The firm’s Denver office is currently located in the Wells Fargo Center at 1700 Lincoln Street.
