Mary Scott Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Mary Scott has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as part of the finance & restructuring group in the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Scott guides clients through the challenges of a variety of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, restructurings and financial litigation.

Before joining FaegreBD, Scott served as a law clerk for the Hon. Kathleen D. Sheehy of the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District. Mary drafted court orders in a variety of civil matters, including contract, commercial, insurance, malpractice, employment and family law.

Scott earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. She also received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
