The Legal 500 recommended Faegre Baker Daniels for its work on capital markets: debt offerings, and highlighted the firm as having a strong presence in the Midwest market. FaegreBD’s most notable work was counseling Wells Fargo on public and private debt offerings totaling $18.5bn. Other clients mentioned include Zimmer Biomet, Target, Northern Oil & Gas and Archer Daniels Midland.
