Deb Mackay Rejoins Construction Team at Faegre Baker Daniels

Deborah Mackay has rejoined the construction law team at Faegre Baker Daniels as counsel. She will practice from the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Mackay assists clients with negotiating and drafting all types of construction and commercial agreements. She also advises on resolving commercial and construction disputes, insurance coverage and risk management.

Mackay has more than 20 years of experience helping industry clients meet their business needs. She was previously a partner with FaegreBD from 2003-09. From 2008-16, she taught business and construction law as well as risk management at the University of Minnesota and elsewhere.

Mackay received her law degree from Hamline University School of Law and master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Cambridge University.
