Jim Volling Named an ADR Champion by The National Law Journal

Jim Volling, partner in the business litigation practice of Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis, has been named an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Champion by The National Law Journal.  

The National Law Journal recognized 48 attorneys who continuously make their mark in various aspects of alternative dispute resolution.

Volling is one of the most respected commercial litigators in the Midwest. For more than three decades, he has represented business clients in a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, as well as individuals and institutions in white collar criminal matters and investigations.

Volling has been with FaegreBD for more than 30 years, having served on the firm’s management board and as head of the business litigation group. He served as a judicial clerk under the Honorable Warren E. Burger, Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Honorable Roger Robb, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
