Braden Katterheinrich Joins Faegre Baker Daniels From Seagate

Braden Katterheinrich has joined Faegre Baker Daniels from his role as senior patent attorney for Seagate Technology. An associate, he will practice from the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Katterheinrich helps clients protect intellectual property assets by preparing and prosecuting patent applications and related documents, representing clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and providing IP counseling and strategy assistance. He has secured patents for electrical, software, magnetic and mechanical inventions.

Katterhenrich received his law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 2010 and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Valparaiso University in 2007.
