Jacob Bylund Named a Rising Star by Law360

Faegre Baker Daniels Partner Jacob Bylund has been named a “Rising Star” in the food and beverage category of Law360’s 2015 Rising Star Series.

Bylund joins a list of 144 attorneys under the age of 40 whose significant legal accomplishments have been recognized by the publication. Additionally, he is one of just two honorees in the food and beverage category. To compile the list, a team of Law360 editors reviewed a record 1,200 nominees whose work spans 29 different practice areas.

Bylund is a trial attorney and a leader within Faegre Baker Daniels’ food and agriculture industry team, representing some of the nation’s largest food companies. He litigates on behalf of food and agricultural clients in the areas of product liability, contracts and commercial litigation, and antitrust and trade regulation. He has also represented clients in connection with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of General Counsel, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Grain Inspection, Packers, and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
