Angela Woessner Joins Real Estate Team at Faegre Baker Daniels

Faegre Baker Daniels has added Angela Woessner as counsel in the real estate group. Woessner will practice from the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Woessner brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate transactions. She counsels business owners, investors and individuals on acquisitions, sales, leasing and development. Woessner has advised on matters involving office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and multifamily housing buildings, as well as vacant land.

Before joining FaegreBD, Woessner was a partner in the real estate group of Barna, Guzy & Steffen in Coons Rapids, Minn.

Woessner received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003 and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2000.
