Deal-Makers to Convene June 4 for Inaugural Indy M&A Conference

On June 4, 2013, Faegre Baker Daniels LLP will host Indiana's first ever M&A Conference, an opportunity for regional business decision-makers to gather, network, and learn the latest trends and best practices in mergers and acquisitions.

This half-day seminar at the JW Marriott will deliver timely and practical insights on deal execution from national and local M&A professionals and their advisors, including investment bankers, private equity professionals, strategic inquirers, attorneys and accountants.

The event, modeled after a successful, similar conference hosted by Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis since 2006, will provide a unique opportunity for those in the Midwest deal-making community to learn more about local deal activities and meet other transaction professionals.

Topics on the agenda include:
