FaegreBD Attorneys Co-Author Third Edition of Corporation Law & Practice

The third edition of Corporation Law & Practice, a book in the Minnesota Practice Series, has been released, authored by Faegre Baker Daniels attorneys Philip Garon and Michael Stanchfield, along with University of Minnesota law professor John Matheson.
The book, published by Thomson Reuters, is the definitive treatise on Minnesota corporate law and comes with a companion volume and CD-ROM containing more than 75 corporate forms. Originally published in 1996, the third edition reflects amendments to the Minnesota corporate statute and decisions of the Minnesota courts. Michael Stanchfield, who contributed to prior editions, joins as a co-author for the first time.
Garon is of counsel at FaegreBD and is former chairman of the firm's management committee. Stanchfield is a partner in the firm's corporate practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
