Kate Sherburne Joins FaegreBD's Corporate Practice

Kate Sherburne has joined Faegre Baker Daniels LLP as an associate with the firm's corporate practice.
Sherburne focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance. She counsels public and private companies on M&A matters, SEC reporting, securities placements and debt financings.
Prior to joining FaegreBD, Sherburne was a member of the Minneapolis law firm, Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, P.A.
She received a B.A. in history from the University of Minnesota in 1999 and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2003, where she graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif.
