Faegre Baker Daniels Ranked a "Standout" for Securities Litigation

Faegre Baker Daniels has been selected as a "standout firm" in the area of securities and finance litigation in an independent study by the national strategic research organization BTI Consulting Group. Only 14 firms nationwide received the "standout" ranking.

Faegre Baker Daniels' "standout" ranking was published in the 2013 BTI Litigation Outlook report.  BTI developed its rankings by interviewing 240 corporate counsel across the country and asking them to identify the firms to which they would turn for help with securities and finance litigation.

Lawyers at Faegre Baker Daniels represent clients in complex securities and finance litigation matters throughout the country, including representing transaction participants in multi-billion dollar RMBS litigation, representing the SIPC trustee in one of the largest SIPC liquidation proceedings in history and arguing the leading insider trading case in the United States Supreme Court. On behalf of public company clients Faegre Baker Daniels has obtained dismissal or summary judgment in almost every securities class action it has defended since 2000.
