Faegre Baker Daniels' London Office Ranked in Legal 500 United Kingdom 2012

Faegre Baker Daniels is pleased to announce that its London office has received high-level rankings in the recently published The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2012.

The firm has retained its ranking in the second tier of the "M&A: Smaller Deals up to £50m" table, alongside firms such as Withers, PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, McGuireWoods London and Fox Williams. As the editorial comments remark, "Highlights for Paul Finlan's team at Faegre Baker Daniels included advising Elta Group Limited on its acquisition of Airepure Australia Pty Limited; and new client Area Clearance Services Group GmbH on its acquisition of BACTEC International Limited."
