Annual Legal Study Names Faegre Baker Daniels Top Corporate Law Firm in Minneapolis

Faegre Baker Daniels has been named the top corporate law firm in the Minneapolis area by the 12th annual America's Best Corporate Law Firms study. The study, conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting Inc., relies on rankings by corporate directors and general counsel, and is part of a nationwide polling process.

To identify the top corporate law firm in Minneapolis, Corporate Board Member compiled a list of firms that are among the largest in the area by number of attorneys and that practice business, corporate, or commercial law. A questionnaire was then sent to corporate directors and general counsel in the city, asking respondents to select their top choices from the list, or, as a write-in option, to explain which ones they would most likely select to aid their companies on a broad range of corporate legal issues.

"This year, we welcome back some familiar names and congratulate all the organizations selected as a top corporate law firm by directors and their general counsel," said TK Kerstetter, president of Corporate Board Member. "These firms have established themselves as industry leaders, many of them year after year, by their exceptional contribution to the corporate community."
