Faegre Baker Daniels Ranked 8th Nationally in Client Service by BTI Consulting

In its BTI Client Service A-Team 2013 report, the BTI Consulting Group ranks Faegre Baker Daniels eighth out of the more than 650 law firms serving Fortune 1000 clients. This ranking is a significant move up from last year's 13th position. According to BTI, the 30 top-ranking firms serve their clients 4 to 15 times better than all other law firms.

BTI's research is based solely on objective, unbiased client feedback. No law firm can buy, self-recommend, self-nominate or influence the outcome. This year's report relies on more than 240 independent, one-on-one interviews with corporate counsel to delineate—by name and rank—precisely how 306 law firms perform along the 17 activities designated by BTI as drivers of superior client relationships.

Within each of the 17 activities, BTI further divides its top picks into "Best of the Best," "Leaders of the Best," and "Honor Roll of the Best." Faegre Baker Daniels earned Leaders of the Best status in "Commitment to Help," "Anticipates Client's Needs," "Provides Value for the Dollar," "Handles Problems" and "Innovative Approach."

Corporate counsel interviewed by BTI praised Faegre Baker Daniels for understanding their clients' businesses and their industry expertise. Respondents also noted that the firm's lawyers "know how we operate" and "meet with us regularly and are proactive.
