Joseph Price Ranked Among World's Leading Product Liability Lawyers

Joseph M. Price, a partner in the litigation practice at Faegre & Benson LLP, is ranked among the world's top 15 product liability lawyers by the 2009 Guide to the World's Leading Product Liability Lawyers. The guide, published by Legal Media Group, features individuals nominated by in-house counsel and legal peers as leading practitioners in their field.

Price focuses his practice on complex litigation, mass tort, and class action products liability defense primarily involving medical devices and pharmaceuticals. He has managed the defense of numerous prominent medical products lawsuits and has tried cases in several states. He has been recognized as a leading lawyer for product liability defense by several publications, including The Best Lawyers in America, Legal 500 and the Benchmark guide to America's leading lawyers.

This marks the second time that Price has been named in this publication. He was listed among the top 25 product liability lawyers in the United States in the first edition of the guide, published in 2007.
