Faegre & Benson LLP Hosts Premier Mergers and Acquisition Conference

Record attendance is projected for the third annual Faegre & Benson M&A Conference to be held October 22 at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis. The event is cosponsored by The Deal LLC, a media company serving the global deal community.

With a specific focus on general, middle-market transactions, this year's conference has already drawn registrations from more than 250 M&A dealmakers and their advisors.

Bruce Engler, a partner in the Faegre & Benson corporate practice, says he believes the conference—which brings together nationally recognized leaders in tax, law, accounting and investment banking—is well aligned with current market conditions.
