Regina M. Sharrow and Wendy Walker-Dyes have joined Baker & Daniels LLP.
Sharrow is a partner, practicing in business matters from the law firm's 96th Street office in Indianapolis. She represents privately held and public companies in diverse industries, with a concentration in life sciences.
Walker-Dyes is an associate in the construction, environmental and real property litigation practice group. She works in the firm's South Bend office while serving clients throughout northern Indiana and southwestern lower Michigan. Walker-Dyes also currently serves as Calvin Township attorney in Michigan's Cass County.
Sharrow has been honored in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions law by both The Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA: A Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers. Before joining Baker & Daniels, she practiced at Sommer Barnard in Indianapolis. Sharrow started her career as an employee benefits lawyer, focusing on the securities side of employee benefits at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco.
Sharrow graduated from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law in 1991 and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1987.
Before joining Baker & Daniels, Walker-Dyes practiced four years at Frankle & Associates in New Buffalo, Mich., representing both Michigan and Indiana clients. She also was a municipal development consultant for 10 years in northern Indiana and southwestern lower Michigan, counseling clients in government grants, community planning and economic development. While in law school, Walker-Dyes gained experience as a municipal law extern in northwest Indiana and a legal intern for the city of South Bend.
Walker-Dyes graduated summa cum laude from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2002. From Grand Valley State University, she earned a master of public administration in 1990 and bachelor of arts magna cum laude in 1987.
