Baker & Daniels China Practice Grows with Addition of Counsel, Associate

Wang has more than 10 years of experience in China legal matters, as in-house corporate counsel for various corporations in Hong Kong investing in China and as an attorney at several U.S. law firms. He focuses his practice on foreign direct investment in China , mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial, telecommunications, employment and tax law matters. Most recently, he has worked with companies investing in the telecommunications industry and manufacturing sector in China.

Wang was educated in China and the United States. He earned an undergraduate and law degree from Beijing University, a master's degree in legal history from the University of Connecticut and graduated cum laude from University of Maine School of Law. Most recently, he served of counsel at the Hong Kong office of Troutman Sanders law firm, where he advised and represented U.S. and other foreign companies and investors on acquiring businesses, restructuring investments, establishing operations abroad and understanding Chinese commercial, employment and tax laws. Prior to joining the law firm, Bing was vice president and general counsel for China Motion Telecom International Ltd.

Associate Dina Yin will practice at Baker & Daniels' 96th Street office, where she will concentrate on international business transactions working with Baker & Daniels' China Group. Yin earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Rutgers Law Review. She earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania. She worked for the Hon. Richard K. Eaton in the U.S. Court of International Trade, which oversees civil cases arising from international trade, customs, trade adjustment assistance and penalty proceedings.
