Overview
Stephanie also has extensive experience with e-discovery, data management, data privacy, data preservation, numerous e-discovery platforms (emphasis on Relativity), proprietary databases, identifying and researching challenges posed by emerging technologies and best practices she shares when assisting our clients and by participating on various technology committees for complex litigations. She is comfortable managing both large-scale paper and electronic document collections. Specifically, Stephanie has managed and actively participated in all phases of discovery, including: collecting and reviewing document productions, analyzing and cataloging complex medical records, reviewing for privilege and creating privilege logs, investigating and identifying potential witnesses, assisting in deposition preparation, and preparing subpoenas to be utilized in collection efforts.
Personal Interests
Being a true Jersey Shore native, Stephanie is very active with beach clean-ups (and enjoys creating art with her many finds).
