DOJ Seeks to Block Merger of Travel Tech Companies

The U.S. Department of Justice sought to block a proposed $360 million merger of travel technology companies. Dylan Carson represented the DOJ in a two-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. An injunction request was denied, but the merger was abandoned with an appeal pending.
