Ascensus Completes Asset Purchase Agreement

Ascensus, LLC, the nation's largest independent retirement and college savings service provider, purchased substantially all of the assets and assumed certain liabilities of Pension Strategies, Inc., an Arizona corporation, and Qualified Plan Strategies, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, both in the business of retirement plan design, consulting and administration. Our firm represented Ascensus in the transaction.
