North America - United States | United States - District of Columbia

The Medical Transportation Access Coalition (MTAC), a 27-member coalition of transportation entities working in the Medicaid program, are having operations stretched by the COVID-19 outbreak. With Faegre Drinker’s support, the coalition is engaging in dialogue with federal and state Medicaid policymakers with the goal of achieving flexibilities to continue transportation services and facilitate new services like drive-thru testing and home delivery of food and medical supplies, while protecting beneficiaries and drivers. Since the coalition’s founding in 2017, Faegre Drinker has managed the coalition and supported the coalition’s advocacy, research and policy activities.
