PPHC Holdings Sold to AK Steel

Milestone Partners sold one of its portfolio companies, PPHC Holdings, LLC, and related subsidiaries in a merger with a wholly-owned subsidiary of AK Steel, a public company and strategic buyer, whereby PPHC merged with and into the subsidiary, with PPHC continuing as the surviving entity of the merger. Our firm represented Milestone Partners in the sale.
