Eureka Growth Capital Acquires Merit Service Solutions, Sunterra GP

Eureka Growth Capital acquired Merit Service Solutions, Merit Service Solutions Holdings, Merit Service Solutions of Texas and Sunterra GP, which is a landscaping and snow removal company that operates throughout the country. Eureka acquired the assets of the Merit entities through its new affiliate, Exterior Maintenance Resources Inc. Our firm represented Eureka in the acquisition and in obtaining debt financing from M&T Bank.
