A public company implemented a multimillion-dollar Final Remedy at its Pennsylvania NPL Site under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Innovative Technology Risk Sharing Program. Our firm negotiated a Consent Decree on the company's behalf, whereby the EPA will reimburse half of the implementation cost if it determines that the selected remedy meets the remedial objectives.
