New Jersey Transit Corporation defended against construction delay/disruption and related claims concerning the design and construction of its $120 million rail equipment maintenance facility in Kearney, New Jersey. Our firm represented NJ Transit in the litigation, brought by the general contractor and a dozen subcontractor.

The engagement included the prosecution of malpractice claims against the construction manager, engineer, subcontractors and the surety, as well as the revision of contract documents following the conclusion of the litigation.
