(MOI) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Montco Oilfield Contractors (MOC) sought legal assistance on an array of oil and gas offshore projects in the Gulf of Mexico and on joint administration of their Chapter 11 cases, which included a plan of reorganization for MOI and a plan of liquidation for MOC.
