A contractor and operator of a landfill-gas-to-energy system and electrical generating plant disputed contracts with the owner of the county landfill on which the system was installed. Our firm served as project counsel for the company, ultimately resolving the dispute, which resulted in the sale of the project to the county for more than $50 million.
