Overview
Nancy Williams represents clients in a variety of complex financial matters, including commercial finance transactions and corporate trust transactions. She counsels financial institutions, commercial lenders and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated and single-lender loan transactions. She represents clients in agribusiness finance and tribal finance, among other industries.
During law school, Nancy served as a research assistant at Boston University School of Law, where she researched U.S. foreign policy and international law issues. She spent her last semester of law school studying at Harris Manchester College at the University of Oxford. Nancy served as a legal intern at the Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals. Nancy also worked as a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels in 2018.
