Sujata Wiese represents public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters. She has taken the lead or primary responsibility for public stock and debt offerings, private stock and debt offerings for public companies, tender offers, and spin offs. She collaborates with deal teams to close acquisitions, sales, mergers, public securities offerings and licensing deals. She also drafts public disclosures and counsels exchange-listed companies with respect to ongoing compliance, reporting and corporate governance, and counsels public and private companies in capital raising transactions, corporate restructuring and governance, strategy, and business matters.
