Overview
Steven Wagner leverages his unique perspective gleaned from a background in the bank corporate trust industry to counsel financial institutions on the legal, regulatory and administrative aspects of the corporate trust business. He represents clients in new trust indenture, escrow and agency agreements and services existing relationships, including addressing regulatory and compliance matters.
Steve has served on several corporate trust projects for the American Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American Bankers Association and has presented to clients and industry groups on various corporate trust topics.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Steve was vice president and assistant general counsel at J.P. Morgan Trust Company, National Association and senior counsel at Bank One Corporation.
