Ge Song partners with clients to navigate Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, enforcement policies and interactions with the agency itself. Clients in the food, dietary supplement, cosmetics, drug and device, and animal food industries rely on Ge to develop quality control programs to help comply with FDA regulations, draft compliance letters and government petitions, and secure the approvals necessary to bring new products to the U.S. marketplace. Ge has particular experience helping international clients secure regulatory approvals for U.S. imports.
