Erin Smith assists public and private companies, investors, and commercial lenders with a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, SEC reporting obligations, and general corporate governance.

Erin has experience drafting primary and ancillary transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence in connection with private acquisitions and public securities issuances, and coordinating closing logistics.

While in law school, Erin served as a legal intern to the Honorable Gerald A. McHugh of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and she was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2017.
