Elena Simion counsels clients on business matters. She advises companies on transactions and governance matters, including M&A, joint venture and franchise. In particular, Elena supports clients in the technology, medical, food and agribusiness sectors.

Past Legal Experience

Elena gained legal experience as a law clerk with two Denver firms, where she conducted legal research and drafted memoranda on water law and class actions. She also served as an intern for Justice Monica Màrquez in the Colorado Supreme Court.

Business Background

Before her legal career, Elena worked as a business analyst with Fishback Financial Corporation, where she analyzed financial and business information and developed efficient, cost-effective solutions.

Personal Interests

A Romanian citizen, Elena studied in the U.S. as an international student throughout college and law school. In her free time, Elena enjoys living the Colorado life, by hiking, snowshoeing, and training for half-marathons with her husband and two dogs.
