Overview

Brittney Sharp advises clients in an array of industries on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. In particular, she leads clients through asset and equity sale transactions, corporate restructurings, and venture financing transactions.

Brittney acts as a trusted legal adviser to her clients and supports their businesses by providing general corporate counseling. She also assists with drafting, negotiating and interpreting commercial contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, consulting agreements, packaging agreements, equipment purchase agreements and confidentiality agreements. She is focused on serving clients and helping them achieve their business goals. 

Brittney also provides tactical solutions to clients at all stages of their business, from advising on business formation issues to conducting strategic acquisitions and sale transactions.
