Overview
Allison Schten supports businesses as they operate and grow internationally. A corporate lawyer, she advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures and foreign subsidiaries, sales and distribution agreements, and other international business issues.
International Experience
Allison is familiar with U.K. culture after interning with British firm Mishcon de Reya, studying for a summer in London and participating in Notre Dame Law School’s London Law Program. She also collaborates with Faegre Drinker’s Beijing and Shanghai offices and the firm’s Lex Mundi affiliates to serve clients internationally.
Previous Experience
Allison also developed legal experience as a summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels, a rights and reproduction intern for the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and a judicial extern for Justice Mark S. Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court.
Personal Interests
Allison is passionate about beautiful art and architecture and saw as much of it as possible while working and studying in London – which was also a perfect opportunity to practice her hobby of photography.
