Previous Experience

After turns as a legal assistant at a bankruptcy practice and an executive assistant at a private staffing firm, Anne carved out a niche in intellectual property, focusing on trademarks. She was the primary trademark paralegal for a national business law firm’s intellectual property department, operating as the main point of contact with foreign associates for trademarks prosecuted globally. She also handled all docketing relating to trademark matters in the firm’s main office.

Anne last worked at a Denver-based firm known for government advocacy. Her priorities included conducting trademark searches; preparing and filing trademark applications as well as other documentation; ensuring accurate legalization for powers of attorney and other documents for foreign trademarks; and coordinating the prosecution of foreign trademark filings.
