Overview
Jessica Savran represents financial institutions in business litigation, particularly consumer financial services litigation. She has worked with many of the largest financial system institutions in the country, including Capital One, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo.
Jessica has successfully defended clients against consumer claims, particularly those brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. She has also successfully defended clients against state-law consumer claims, particularly those relating to mortgage-loan servicers.
