Litigation and Arbitration
Stephanie has developed proficiency in electronic discovery through developing, analyzing and managing document preparation for arbitrations. She has represented clients in various settings, including state courts, FINRA arbitrations and complex federal litigation.
Stephanie also has experience representing broker-dealers in arbitrations before FINRA.
Government Experience
While attending law school, Stephanie worked for the State of Indiana in the Office of Management & Budget for nearly 3½ years. She was the public information officer for the Office of Management & Budget and State Budget Agency, in addition to serving as an executive assistant to the directors in both divisions.
Stephanie also has experience working in the Indiana Governor's Office as executive assistant to the Chief of Staff and in the Indiana State Senate as a legislative assistant to the Majority Caucus Chairman.
