Daniel B. Rotko assists his clients in conducting complex legal research and drafting legal memoranda in various contexts of insurance litigation. Accordingly, Daniel has extensive experience conducting discovery, drafting and responding to dispositive and non-dispositive motions, drafting an responding to pleadings, drafting mediation statements, and drafting and responding to discovery requests. Daniel’s experience includes, life insurance disputes, disability insurance disputes, accidental death insurance disputes, and related matters. Daniel is a member of the firm’s Life Insurance and Disability Team.

During law school, Daniel served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Michael Baylson, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Daniel enjoys the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia 76ers and golf.
