Overview

Lee Roach assists clients in antitrust and complex commercial litigation disputes so that they can pursue their strategic goals and minimize financial risks. He has secured merger clearances for multiple clients, defended against merger challenges brought by antitrust regulators and advocated for clients’ interests in lawsuits alleging price fixing and other anticompetitive conduct.

Litigation

Lee has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts throughout the country on a variety of matters, as well as before federal regulators. In addition to antitrust, his litigation practice covers a variety of commercial matters, including:

  • Government contracts litigation
  • False Claims Act litigation
  • Civil fraud
  • Compliance investigations and litigation
  • Telecommunications litigation

Lee provides pre-trial litigation counseling, conducts discovery, engages in an active dispositive motions practice and handles post-trial proceedings. His litigation background includes first-chair trial experience.

Previous Experience

Before joining the firm, Lee clerked for the Honorable Federico A. Moreno of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. From 2004 to 2005, Lee worked as a special assistant in the Office of the Vice President of the United States. Prior to that, he worked for several years as a policy researcher in the telecommunications industry.
