Anne Ricchiuto resolves business disputes, including those arising from contractual obligations, corporate transactions and government regulation.

Litigation Expertise

Anne represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory and administrative hearings, including multiple matters involving injunctive relief. She also has experience litigating matters involving Indiana state agencies, including judicial review from agency decisions and claims arising under the United States and Indiana constitutions.

Public Law Experience

Anne represents municipal entities, elected officials and public-private partnerships in disputes both within the public sector and with private interests. She also provides expertise on public records and open door issues.
