Overview

Angela Raleigh assists clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, financings, and with land use planning and development.

Angela has experience assisting clients with the land development approval process for various projects, including those involving industrial and warehouse facilities, continuing care retirement communities, multi-family residential developments, and office and commercial facilities.  Angela also assists clients with land use litigation.
