Overview
Angela Raleigh assists clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, financings, and with land use planning and development.
Angela has experience assisting clients with the land development approval process for various projects, including those involving industrial and warehouse facilities, continuing care retirement communities, multi-family residential developments, and office and commercial facilities. Angela also assists clients with land use litigation. When development projects are denied by approving agencies or challenged by third-party objectors, she assists with the prosecution and defense of such appeals in the courts.
Angela also provides representation to clients in corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions involving owned and leased real property.
While in law school, Angela served as a research assistant for Professor of Law Charles Sullivan. She also worked as a student attorney in the Family Law Clinic for the Seton Hall University Center for Social Justice. Additionally, Angela served as director of Seton Hall’s Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition.
Angela was a summer associate with the firm in 2015.
