Teddy O’Reilly navigates complex product liability matters, counsels clients through all steps of litigation and advises them on preventing potential issues before they arise. He has a broad range of litigation experience, and he has generated positive results for clients in business litigation cases, wage-and-hour disputes, trade secrets disputes, criminal defense, civil RICO and bankruptcy proceedings, and other matters.

Teddy’s experience provides him with a practical skill set encompassing direct and cross-examination of witnesses at trial; preparing, taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; leading investigations and interviewing witnesses; negotiating discovery; and managing complex litigation. Teddy is also dedicated to his pro bono clients, and has received recognition and awards from community pro bono partners for his contributions.

Before joining the firm, Teddy was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
