Overview

Beth Ann Olivere has more than a dozen years’ experience as a paralegal in bankruptcy-related chapter 11 debtor work, including litigation, deposition and trial preparations; service of subpoenas; document review; and discovery. She has a full working knowledge of preparing and filing documents in U.S. bankruptcy courts and U.S. district courts, and regularly communicates with clients, creditors, outside counsel, consultants and other third parties.

Beth performs legal research, analyzes documents and legal authorities, and prepares statistical charts and memoranda of completed research. She maintains the calendars of critical dates for cases.

She assists attorneys on special projects, and manages teams of fellow paralegals, clerks, and production and noticing coordinators to ensure that projects progress as planned. Beth also provides support to lawyers in addressing questions on interpretation of law.
