Overview

Maggie Naylor supports clients as they navigate complex matters involving technology transactions and licensing.

Maggie leverages her experience to help corporate licensors and manufacturers negotiate and draft intellectual property licensing, distribution, franchise, and asset purchase agreements and related commercial contracts. She supports acquiring entities in M&A transactions by conducting intellectual property portfolio and franchise system due diligence investigation and analysis, as well as assisting acquired entities in navigating the regulatory and organizational impacts of acquisition.

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Maggie’s practice included prosecuting trademarks, copyrights and patents on behalf of corporate clients in the information technology, commercial services and consumer discretionary sectors, along with litigating IP and commercial contract disputes. She also served as a legal clerk and legal fellow in the greater D.C. area, defending immigrant clients in humanitarian and employment immigration matters.
